An initial consultation is $300. This is typically a one hour meeting at our office. Please call our office to make an appointment.
How much will a Forcible Entry and Detainer action cost?
An initial consultation for this case type is $100 for a half an hour meeting at our office. The retainer is $850. Court costs and service fees come out of the retainer. Additional retainer may be required for multiple matters.
How much will this cost in total?
The total cost depends on the type of legal matter. Retainer fees are usually between $5,000 – $10,000.
How much does a personal injury case cost?
For personal injury cases we take a percentage of the amount awarded to you. In other words, your legal fees come out of the amount awarded to you only after a successful judgment in your favor.
